We do not tolerate

• Harassment, intimidation, bullying or threatening behaviour.
• Discrimination, abusive language or humiliating comments.
• Unwanted physical contact or persistent unwanted attention.
• Pressure, coercion or inappropriate sexual comments.
• Aggressive, disruptive or excessively intoxicated behaviour.
• Filming, photographing or posting another guest without appropriate permission.
• Any behaviour that makes another person feel unsafe or seriously uncomfortable.

Flirting is welcome. Pressure is not.

A polite no, a lack of interest or a request for space must be respected immediately.

How concerns are handled

The organiser may refuse entry, remove a guest or prevent future attendance where behaviour is inappropriate, unsafe, disruptive or inconsistent with the event. Removal for behaviour reasons will not usually result in a refund.
