Clear expectations for a relaxed evening.
Last updated: 3 August 2026
These terms apply to events operated by All In Good Company Experiences Ltd under the event brand Pontcanna Singles Social and to the website pontcannasinglessocial.co.uk. By purchasing a ticket, joining a guest list, attending an event, submitting a form or using the website, you agree to the terms below.
1. Who We Are
Events are operated by All In Good Company Experiences Ltd, Company No. 17211679, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 15 Neptune Court, Vanguard Way, Cardiff, CF24 5PJ, United Kingdom. Formal contact: office@allingoodcompanyexperiences.co.uk. Pontcanna Singles Social events are designed to create relaxed, respectful, real-life social and dating experiences.
2. Event Bookings and Ticketing
Tickets may be sold directly by All In Good Company Experiences Ltd through pontcannasinglessocial.co.uk, invitation links, QR codes, Square payment links or other approved payment providers. Where Square or another third-party payment provider is used, that provider's own terms, payment process, fees, refund process and privacy policy may also apply. These terms apply to the event experience itself, including attendance, conduct, transfers, venue entry, event format, media, safety and guest expectations.
3. Age, ID and Entry Requirements
Events are for guests aged 18 or over unless clearly stated otherwise. Event pages may give narrower age guidance for particular sessions. You may be asked to provide valid photo ID by the venue or event team. Entry may be refused without refund if valid ID cannot be provided when reasonably requested. Entry is subject to venue rules, capacity, licensing requirements, dress guidance, behaviour standards and reasonable instructions from the venue or event team. Late arrivals may be admitted at the organiser's discretion, but full participation in hosted elements or the advertised number of Mini Spark Rounds cannot be guaranteed after the event has started.
4. Event Format and Advertised Inclusions
Event pages describe the intended format, age groups, mini-date rounds, social time, hosts, games, refreshments and other inclusions for that event. Where an event advertises a target or minimum number of mini-date conversations, the organiser will make reasonable efforts to deliver it. Guest absence, lateness, removal, operational changes, venue issues or circumstances outside reasonable control may affect an individual guest's participation. The organiser may adapt the running order, group rotation, host arrangement, activities or room layout where reasonably necessary to run the event safely and fairly.
5. Refunds, Transfers and No-Shows
Tickets are generally non-refundable if you change your mind, can no longer attend, arrive late or do not attend, except where required by law. Where reasonable notice is given, the organiser may allow a ticket to be transferred to another suitable attendee or moved to a future event, subject to availability, ticket category and guest balance. Requests should be made as early as possible using the contact details in the booking confirmation. Once a guest has checked in or participated, the ticket is treated as used and no refund, credit or transfer will normally be offered.
6. Event Changes, Postponement or Cancellation
The organiser aims to deliver events as advertised, but details may need to change. This may include the date, time, venue area, format, host, capacity, age range or other details because of venue availability, operational needs, weather, illness, safety concerns, low attendance or circumstances outside reasonable control. If an event is cancelled, postponed or materially changed, ticket holders will be contacted with available options. These may include transfer, credit or refund where appropriate and required. The organiser is not responsible for indirect costs such as travel, accommodation, childcare, loss of earnings or other expenses connected with attendance.
7. Guest Behaviour and Code of Conduct
Guests must behave respectfully towards other guests, hosts, venue staff and members of the public and comply with the published Code of Conduct. The organiser may refuse entry, remove a guest or prevent future attendance where behaviour is inappropriate, unsafe, disruptive or inconsistent with the event. Removal for behaviour reasons will not usually result in a refund.
8. Alcohol, Health and Safety
Some events take place in licensed venues where alcohol is available. Guests are responsible for their own alcohol consumption and personal wellbeing and must follow venue rules. Guests attend voluntarily and accept the normal risks of a social event, including personal interaction and movement around a venue. Do not attend if you feel unwell, have symptoms of a contagious illness or have been advised not to attend public events. Follow all reasonable health, safety, venue and event instructions.
9. Photos, Videos and Promotional Media
Photos or videos may be taken at some events for promotional, social media, website, marketing or informational purposes. The event page should state the planned approach where practical. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, tell a host on arrival. Reasonable efforts will be made to respect this, but complete exclusion from wide-angle, crowd or background footage cannot be guaranteed. Guests must not photograph, film or post another attendee in a way that is intrusive, disrespectful or without appropriate consent.
10. No Guaranteed Matches, Balance or Outcomes
Events create opportunities for real-life connection, conversation and social confidence. The organiser does not guarantee a match, romantic outcome, compatibility, friendship, date, future contact or any specific personal result. The organiser aims for an even guest mix where the event format requires it, but cannot guarantee exact numbers, equal attendance, participation or pairings. Background checks are not conducted on attendees. Guests are responsible for using their own judgement during and after the event.
11. Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their belongings at all times. The organiser is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or unattended items. Report concerns promptly to venue staff or the event team.
12. Website Use and Intellectual Property
Website content, including text, logos, branding, images, graphics, designs and event concepts, belongs to or is licensed by All In Good Company Experiences Ltd unless otherwise stated. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, adapt, scrape, exploit or use the branding, wording, images, designs or event concepts for competing or commercial purposes without written permission.
13. Data, Privacy and Event Communications
When you book, join a guest list, complete a form, contact the team or attend an event, personal information may be collected, including name, email, phone number, age range, ticket category, preferences, booking details and communication choices. The information is used to manage bookings, communicate event updates, operate guest lists, improve events, respond to enquiries and send relevant information. Event-related contact may be made by email, SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram or another reasonable method. Marketing will be sent only where there is a lawful basis, and you may unsubscribe or ask for it to stop.
14. Square and Other Third-Party Providers
Use of Square or another external payment, form, email or booking provider may also be subject to that provider's terms, privacy policy and technical conditions. The organiser is not responsible for fees, payment failures, account issues, provider outages or other matters controlled by the external provider.
15. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated as events, venues, websites and services develop. The latest published version applies from the date shown at the top of the page.
