Name, email address, phone number, age range, ticket category, event preferences, booking and payment reference details, guest-list information, communications, accessibility requests, incident reports, photography preferences and website-use information.

Directly from you through email, guest-list requests, event check-in and communications; automatically through essential website technology; and from approved service providers where needed to manage a booking.

4. Why we use it

To manage tickets and guest lists; deliver and safely operate events; send event updates; answer enquiries; manage transfers and complaints; maintain records; improve events; protect guests and the business; and send marketing where there is consent or another lawful basis.

5. Payment information

The Singles Guest List does not collect or store full payment-card details in these static website files. If an approved external payment provider is used for a future booking, that provider’s own privacy information applies to its processing.

6. Communications and marketing

Operational messages may be sent where necessary to manage a booking or event. Marketing messages should be sent only where lawful. Every marketing message should offer a clear way to unsubscribe.
